Manage some global settings for your Discord server
The two main sections here are Application Settings, which currently only allows you to enable/disable darkmode in this dashboard UI, and webhooks which allows you to configure a global webhook.
The global webhook here is a fallback for any live alerts that do not currently have custom or saved webhooks enabled. Enabling this will generally mean the bot itself will never post shoutouts to a channel itself, and will always use a webhook.
